Terms of Service

1. The service
DeckNative generates LinkedIn carousels from source text you provide and lets you edit and export them as PDF/PNG. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and keeping your credentials safe. Provide accurate information. You must be able to form a binding contract to use DeckNative.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use DeckNative to create unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content, to abuse the generation API, or to attempt to disrupt the service. Don't paste content you don't have the right to use.
4. Your content
You own the source text you paste and the carousels you create. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and render that content solely to operate the service (including sending source text to our AI provider to generate slides). We claim no ownership of your carousels.
5. Plans & billing
The Free plan includes a limited number of carousels per month with a "Made with DeckNative" footer. Pro is a paid subscription billed through our payment provider (Whop). You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. No LinkedIn automation
DeckNative never posts to or acts on your LinkedIn account. You are responsible for uploading and publishing your exports, and for complying with LinkedIn's own terms.
7. Availability & "as is"
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AI-generated copy may contain errors — review every slide before publishing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
You may stop using DeckNative anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
