What this site collects, and what it does not.

This site is a handful of public pages — home, pricing, terms and this one. It runs no advertising pixels, sets no cross-site identifiers, and builds no profile of you. The full list of what touches your data is below.

01

Who is responsible

Marouan Doulahiane is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Registered at Hey Tagot Kasbat Taher Block 8, Agadir 80000, Morocco. Data protection queries and rights requests: hello@decknative.com.

02

What this notice covers

This notice covers visitors to decknative.com. It does not cover the lead data you upload into the Decknative product itself. Decknative is self-serve, so there is no per-client engagement: for that data your organisation is the controller and Decknative is the processor, governed by the terms that apply to your account rather than by this notice.

03

What is collected

Analytics
Vercel Analytics. Aggregated page views and referrers. No cookies, no cross-site identifier, no fingerprinting, no raw IP retained by us.
Booking
Cal.com. The calendar is not loaded until you scroll to it — until then your browser never contacts cal.com at all. Once loaded it runs in an iframe and sets its own cookies and local storage. If you book, Cal.com processes your name, email address, timezone and any note you write, and shares them with us.
Email
If you email us, we hold that correspondence and your address for as long as the conversation is live commercially.
Server logs
Vercel, as our host, logs request metadata including IP address and user agent for delivery, security and abuse prevention. Short retention, controlled by Vercel.
04

What is not collected

No advertising or social pixels. No Google Analytics. No session recording, heatmaps or scroll tracking. No cross-site or cross-device identifiers. No automated decision-making or profiling of site visitors. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we never will.

There is no cookie banner because, until you choose to open the calendar, there is nothing to consent to: the page loads no third-party resources whatsoever.

05

Why we are allowed to

Analytics and security
Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — understanding whether the site works, and keeping it available. The data is aggregated and cannot identify you.
Booking and correspondence
Steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and your consent under Law 09-08 where it applies.
06

Where it goes

Vercel Inc. and Cal.com, Inc. are established in the United States. Transfers out of the EEA rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Transfers out of Morocco are made in line with Law 09-08 and the CNDP’s transfer requirements.

We use no other third parties on this site.

07

How long we keep it

Booking records and correspondence: kept while the commercial conversation is live, then for up to 24 months, then deleted. Aggregated analytics: retained by Vercel on a rolling window and never tied back to an individual. Server logs: short retention set by Vercel.

08

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Under Law 09-08 you have equivalent rights of access, rectification and objection.

Email hello@decknative.com. We answer within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not need to explain why.

If you are unhappy with the outcome you may complain to your national supervisory authority in the EEA, or to the CNDP in Morocco.

09

Changes

This notice takes effect 29 July 2026. If it changes materially we will update the effective date and the change will be visible in the site's public source history.
